We operate EU-local warehouses to ensure fast, duty-free delivery for European customers (no customs delays!):
- German Warehouse (Frankfurt) 🇩🇪 — Local stock for Germany, France, Italy, Spain & neighboring EU countries
- EU Hub Warehouse (Netherlands) 🇳🇱 — Covers Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark) & Eastern Europe
- Note: For non-EU regions (Canada/Australia), we use our trusted International Warehouse (China) 🌏—but EU orders prioritize local stock.

All EU orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends & EU public holidays like Christmas, Easter).
📦 Order Processing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) (Central European Time) will be shipped the same or next business day.
- Orders placed during weekends/EU holidays will be processed the following business day.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package leaves our EU warehouse.

- Free EU Shipping on orders over €29.99 (≈ $32 USD).
- Flat-rate shipping for non-EU orders (Canada/Australia): €9.99–€19.99 (varies by region).
- VAT Included: All EU prices include 19% German VAT (or local VAT for your country)—no hidden fees at checkout!
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
Due to EU and local vape regulations:
- We do not ship to the UK (post-Brexit customs complexity) or Switzerland (strict nicotine laws).
- Some EU regions may restrict high-nicotine products—please check your local vape laws before ordering.
- Vapepie is not responsible for delays/customs issues caused by incorrect addresses or local authority restrictions.
💳 Customs, Duties & Taxes
For EU orders:
- VAT is included in all product prices (no surprise fees!).
- No import duties—our EU warehouses handle local tax compliance.
For non-EU orders (Canada/Australia):
